Housekeeper Etobicoke ON
Position Overview:
Seeking an experienced Housekeeper with a passion for cooking for a residence located in Etobicoke. The successful applicant will be responsible for ensuring the overall cleanliness and organization of the residence. This position is fulltime liveout. The ideal schedule is Monday Friday 9am5pm with flexibility for weekend work.
Candidate Profile:
You are an experienced and wellrounded housekeeping professional who enjoys keeping a clean and organized home. You have a strong understanding of household hygiene and cleaning best practices. You have a love for cooking can prepare meals and follow recipes. You have a do what it takes attitude . You are comfortable running errands and grocery shopping.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Daily housekeeping includes dusting vacuuming kitchen and bathroom cleaning and washing floors
- Pet maintenance
- Preparing breakfast lunch and dinner when required
- Daily ironing and steaming
- Cover and uncover outdoor furniture
- Special projects include but not limited to quarterly deep cleans household reorganization
- Errands not limited to dry cleaning and grocery shopping as required
- Other duties as required from time to time
Applicant Qualities:
- Must have previous experience working in a private home
- Excellent housekeeping laundry and ironing skills; correct use of products and methods for fine finishes and surfaces
- Must maintain privacy and confidentiality at all times exercise diplomacy discretion and respect of boundaries
- Applicants must be service oriented with excellent English communication skills
- Passion for cooking
- Time management
- A valid Ontario G licence is required(Car will be supplied)
- Must be legally entitled to work in Canada
