Job description
Our client, a Top 5 Bank in Canada is looking to hire Project Manager to their team for an initial 12-month contract with a possibility of extension/conversion. This role is currently hybrid, 1-2 days per week in office in Toronto.
This is a Risk-based Authentication (RBA) Project aims at introducing behavioral biometrics within Canadian Banking to reduce fraud risk at the time of account opening and account takeover.
Responsibilities Include:
- Managing projects under the Customer Onboarding and Authentication team
- Partnering closely with the digital product and cross-functional teams to define business requirements. Also, work closely with vendor BioCatch.
- Developing project trackers, rolling out plans and procedures and managing timelines
- Forecasting and managing the budget.
- Preparing the cost-benefit analysis - To ensure the project processes are implemented properly.
- Making presentations to project sponsors.
Must Have Qualifications:
- 10+ Years of experience non-IT, business Project manager - Preferably experience in banking and/or technology
- 5+ Delivering technology and business application solutions on a large scale for big projects
- 5+ years of experience Presenting to stakeholders (vendors, directors, VP+)
- Expert knowledge of MS Office ( MS project, PowerPoint, excel, word)
- 5+ years' experience in banking
- Experience with JIRA, and Confluence
