Job Type: Full-time, office-based with remote capabilities
Location: Edmonton, Nisku, or Calgary, AB
Qualifications
- Experience in the manufacturing of modular (skidded) oil and gas process equipment packages including pressure vessels and pressure piping.
- Design/drafting experience with Autodesk Inventor and/or SolidWorks is considered an asset
- Working towards a BS degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mechanical Technology
- Thorough knowledge of Autodesk Inventor, AutoCAD 2D, and conventional drafting standards
- Familiar with relevant industry codes and materials
- Familiar with fabrication processes including welding and machining operations
Primary Responsibilities:
- Prepare CAD process piping and mechanical drawings
- Check drawings for correctness and completeness before fabrication
