We are looking for a motivated individual for a entry level Customer Service role located in the south west region of Ottawa. As the first person to greet and help clients, you thrive off of building great relationships and enjoy helping people realize their projects. Does this sound like you?

Advantages

Responsibilities
- Greet customers as they arrive on site
- Answer incoming calls/emails
- Intake and process customer orders and enter them into the CRM system
- Take and make calls to customers
- Prepare quotes, and submit purchase orders
- Help schedule and coordinate service calls
- Perform follow-up calls with customers
- Lend a hand when needed

Qualifications

- 2 years of customer service experience
- Building product knowledge an asset
- Motivated, and eager to learn
- Strong technical skills
- Proven phone etiquette
- Great communication skills
- Ability to work with a team
- Bilingualism an asset
