Schedule: 07:00-19:00 2 Week Continental Rotation (84 hours) Week 1: Monday/Tuesday/Friday/Saturday Week 2: Sunday/Wednesday/Thursday
Location: Hamilton office 444 Seaman St, Hamilton, ON (Patrolling in nearby locations)
Training hours- Three days of training with a supervisor, 12 hour shifts 0700-1900
Pay rate: $19.25
Training rate: $16.55

Plan, direct and ensure the smooth running of operations at the client's site
Supervising a team of 2-3 operatives
Managing schedules and operative runsheets
Managing and coordinating alarm responses with dispatch and operatives
Patrolling in a variety of settings (mobile and foot).
Enforcing property rules, city by-laws, and other applicable laws.
Deterring and responding to incidents on the property.
Responding to various types of emergencies.
Grounding at sites when required.
Maintain posted speed limits, driving in a safe manner.
Driving for extended periods of time.
Responsible for company and client property (client keys, company phone, company vehicle and more).
Ability to maintain and write detailed notes.
Make suggestions to improve and optimize the security service
Minimum one year of security experience required
Must posses Ontario's driver license G or G-2 class
Clean Drivers abstract
Must be 19 or older for insurance reasons
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
Valid security guard license and first aid card
Available to work flexible hours
Have a clean criminal record
Be eligible to work in Canada
