We are presently in search of a dynamic and collaborative Head of LaSalle Migration to join our team, this position will be based out of Montreal, QC.
Role overview:
Reporting to the Senior Director, CVS Canada, this role oversees the entire migration project of our LaSalle operations into the Legacy CVS division, from planning to post-migration support.
Responsibilities:
- Developing a comprehensive project plan for the site migration, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and budget considerations.
- Ensuring successful integration of both business units – Montreal Legacy and LaSalle GWI
- Identifying and engaging with key stakeholders, including internal teams, clients, vendors, and regulatory authorities, to ensure alignment and coordination throughout the migration process.
- Conducting a thorough risk assessment to identify potential challenges, obstacles, and dependencies that may impact the site migration project.
- Assessing the current site infrastructure, equipment, processes, and workflows to determine the scope of the migration project and identify any necessary upgrades or modifications.
- Selecting and managing external vendors and service providers to ensure timely and effective execution of tasks.
- Establishing clear lines of communication with all stakeholders involved and providing regular updates on progress, milestones, and any issues or challenges encountered.
- Overseeing the allocation of resources, including personnel, equipment, and technology, to support the site migration activities and ensure that project objectives are met within established timelines and budget constraints.
- Implementing quality assurance measures to ensure that all aspects of the site migration, including equipment installation, data transfer, process implementation, and staff training, meet established standards and requirements.
- Developing and implementing change management strategies to minimize disruption to operations and facilitate a smooth transition for staff and clients.
- Ensuring that all aspects of the site migration project are well-documented, including project plans, progress reports, risk assessments, and post-migration evaluations, to support future audits and continuous improvement efforts.
- Providing ongoing support and assistance to staff members and clients following the completion of the site migration, addressing any issues or concerns that arise and ensuring a seamless transition to normal operations.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management or a related field. Advanced degree or certification in project management, change management, or related discipline, an asset.
- 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably with a focus on site migrations, relocations, or large-scale operational transitions.
- Strong leadership abilities with a proven track record of successfully leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects from initiation to completion.
- Project management experience, including the ability to plan, execute, and track improvements, manage stakeholder expectations, and deliver results within established timelines and budgets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in change management principles and practices.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
