T-Lane Transportation is looking for experienced Billing Clerk to join their expanding team in Abbotsford, BC. This position will be responsible for all phases of client billing including drafting and finalizing client invoices, billing analysis as well as consistent. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, be collaborative, professional, adaptable, positive, and interested in their work.

What you bring:

• Minium 2 years experience required as a Biling Clerk
• Transportation industry knowledge would be considered an asset
• Being extremely accurate with high attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) when dealing with lawyers, clients, staff and third parties.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Being highly organized in prioritizing work to be able to consistently meet deadlines within a fast-paced work environment.
• Excellent skill level in Microsoft systems including office, word and excel

Scope:

• Enter invoices into client’s billing system.
• Process partial credit notes and bill cancellation’s
• Finalize and cancel invoice
• Ensure timely and accurate customer billing.
• Monitor phones and branch emails
• Create purchase orders for vendors.
• Pay branch invoices and vendors
• Perform other duties as assigned
