Marketing Manager – Markham, ON, CA (Remote)

We are seeking a highly skilled, talented and experienced Marketing Manager who can inspire team members and drive success. In this role, you will lead our Marketing department to maximize profitability and enhance competitiveness in the market. Responsibilities include:

• Design, implement and scale our growth marketing strategies for all marketing and social media channels.
• Lead marketing campaigns from start to finish, analyzing performance of ongoing initiatives.
• Develop and implement a cohesive content strategy, create engaging content, and stay updated on industry trends to ensure impactful communication across diverse channels.
• Manage and coordinate marketing team.
• Lead market research efforts to uncover the viability of current and existing products/services.
• Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share.
• Grow and optimize e-commerce platforms.
• Analyze data to evaluate the success of the marketing efforts and come up with new ideas to improve brand marketing and exposure.

Requirements and skills

• BSc or MSc degree in Marketing or relevant field.
• Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tactics, including SEO, SEM, content marketing, social media, and email marketing .
• Brand management experience.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to think creatively and innovatively.
• Ability to quickly set and prioritize goals.
• Excellent leadership and project management skills.
• Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges.
• Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies and methodologies in graphic design, web design, production, etc.
