Key Responsibilities:
Patient-Centered Care: Provide high-quality physiotherapy services focusing on patient-centered care. Utilize evidence-based practice to assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans.
Private Practice Expertise: Bring your expertise in private practice to enhance our team. Experience in managing a diverse caseload, including musculoskeletal, orthopedic, and neurological conditions, is highly valued.
Collaborative Team Player: Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care. Communicate effectively with colleagues, referring physicians, and other healthcare providers.
Continuing Education: Stay updated on the latest advancements in physiotherapy through ongoing professional development. Contribute to a culture of learning and growth within the clinic.
Community Engagement: Actively participate in community outreach programs and events to promote the clinic's services and contribute to the overall health and well-being of the community.
Qualifications:
Registered and in good standing with the College of Physical Therapists of British Columbia, or eligibility for registration.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to make patients feel welcome and supported.
Commitment to providing excellent patient care through effective treatment plans.
Certification in a specialized area of Physiotherapy, such as sports or neurological physiotherapy, is an asset.
New grads and experienced practitioners welcome.
