Supervise day-to-day operations of Toronto HQ, including office infrastructure and vendor management
Manage travel arrangements and optimize travel policy adherence
Coordinate seating arrangements and reception coverage for staff and visitors
Organize catering for staff meals and meetings
Oversee art collection management and liaise with art management partners
Monitor costs and budget, striving for efficiency
Maintain kitchen and office supplies for staff convenience
Cultivate relationships with building contacts and service vendors
Lead special projects as assigned by management
Proactively address issues and maintain a high standard of operations
Requirements
5+ years of experience in a similar office manager role, demonstrating effective leadership and accountability in a fast-paced office environment, preferably in the Financial Services industry
Proficient in Microsoft Suite
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Highly motivated self-starter who works autonomously and seeks opportunities for improvement
Assertive in managing vendor relationships and handling requests from colleagues
Skilled problem solver who remains calm under pressure
Team player willing to assist with tasks of all sizes
