DESCRIPTION

The Amazon Logistics (AMZL) Amazon Customer Excellence System (ACES) team is comprised of a team of leaders that are driving knowledge and performance awareness based projects that support AMZL leaders and associates. The UTR Programs Team works with various stakeholders and Operations to improve processes and manage large scale initiatives to improve performance in safety, quality, and cost key success metrics.

The Amazon Logistics (AMZL) Amazon Customer Excellence System (ACES) team is looking for a Sr. Manager, Amazon Logistics Amazon Customer Excellence System to play a crucial role in providing a superb customer experience while protecting and enhancing driver experience. This individual will influence and build a positive work environment for drivers that interface with Amazon’s customers. This position is a multi-faceted role requiring the ability to work in an ambiguous environment, balance strategy and execution, teach field managers remotely, and dive deep to create standardization.

The Sr. Mgr, AMZL ACES is responsible for driving excellent driver and customer experience while continuously improving the performance of Amazon’s last mile on road business. This includes supporting the AMZL LEAN excellence program and leading UTR program cost initiatives that overlap multiple program teams, working with stakeholders across various business types.

Expect to travel 25% each quarter.

Key job responsibilities
- Leads process improvement initiatives for CA AMZL
- Leads and develops the CA LEAN excellence program team
- Partners with tech teams to improve associate experience
- Partners with peer program teams on performance and standard work inititives
- Uses data to drive the creation of quality and other performance metrics
- Works closely with support staff (HR, Finance, Facilities, Safety, Engineering, IT) and product teams on projects and initiatives
*25% Travel required
*Flexible to work a variety of hours as business demands, including overnight, weekends and holidays

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
