Position: Journeyman or Apprentice Mechanic / Technicians

Position Type: Full time

Location: Edmonton, South

Work Schedule: Four days on, four days off

Position Overview

We are looking for the Heavy Duty Mechanic / Technicians who are ready to build a long-term career working on all OEM Heavy Duty Trucks, Trailers, and Motorhomes. Primary Job Functions

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain class 6,7 and 8 vehicles and trailers.
• Maintain efficient and accurate workmanship in a safe and professional environment .
• Test systems and components using computerized diagnostic and other testing devices to diagnose and isolate faults.

Qualifications

• Strong aptitude for diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance, with a minimum of 2 years' experience.
• Commercial Transport (Truck and Transport Mechanic) Journeyman Certificate (or Red Seal).
• Heavy Truck and Trailer subject matter expert.
• Initiative-taker - able to work in a fast-paced, detailed, and process-driven environment.
• Ability to work in a physical capacity, including heavy lifting and using tools throughout the shift.
• Must have own tools (required tool list will be provided).
• Class 5 driver's license.
• Class 1, Class 3, and MVI Certifications are a bonus.
