We are seeking a full time Office Administrator with experience supporting C Level Suite Executives in a fast paced environment.

Responsibilities
-Organizing events
-Corresponding with internal departments- contracts, legal, compliance, IT
-Coordinating with home office
-Taking meeting notes for leadership
-Greeting visitors at reception
-Troubleshooting with IT
-Providing administrative support to leadership
-Corresponding with clients
-Answering incoming calls
-Assembling presentations for leadership

Qualifications
-Experience supporting C Level Suite Executives
-Strong communication skills
-Personable
-Ability to multi-task
-Professional, courteous, friendly
-Strong administrative background
-Ability to take initiative
