Job description

PreGel S.p.a, world leader for ingredients for Ice cream, Pastry and Coffee-Shops, is looking for an Area Sales Manager for its Canadian branch.

Reporting to the National Sales Manager, he/she will follow the coordination of export sales, supporting the development of the commercial strategy in the Eastern part of Canada, especially Quebec.

The following are required:

• Experience in the role ( at least 4 years) and proven knowledge of commercial dynamics in the Canadian market
• Experience in the Foodservice sector and in B2B companies (f.e. ice cream or pastry ingredients, food distributors, pastries and frozen desserts)
• Availability for frequent business trips throughout the country
• Necessary French and English speaker, knowledge of Italian or Spanish is a plus.
• Residence in the area from Ottawa to Quebec City
• Excellent salesmanship, goal – oriented approach, interpersonal communication skills and passion for the food world complete the ideal candidate for this position.

Will be offered a contract based on candidate’s experience
