Job description

Transdev Canada is hiring a casual service person (Bus Cleaner) for our Kelowna, BC location. 

We are offering competitive hourly pay starting at $27.75 and goes up to $32.09 after 9 months!

Your role:

• Help fuel and maintain the cleanliness of the Kelowna Transit municipal bus fleet.
• Help with general labour around the transit yard and facility.
• Clean the interiors and exteriors of vehicles.
• Complete other maintenance tasks assigned by the supervisor.
• Promote safety at all times.
• Maintain records.
• Safely move buses around the yard.

Your p rofile :

• You are safety-focused and possess great attention to detail.
• You have a valid class 5 BC driver's license (Class 2 with Air Brakes would be a bonus).
• You have vehicle cleaning experience (detailing experience is a plus).
• You are able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• You are able to work independently.
• You have good communication skills.
• You have strong multi-tasking and time management skills.

Your location:

• This is a casual position in Kelowna, BC.
• Work schedule: Casual hours as required. Operation is 7 days a week, 24 hours each day. Work shift times will include weekends and night shifts.
