Job description
As allround service engineer you ensure that the machines are installed, commissioned and maintained ready to use. Carrying out preventive maintenance is another element of your set of tasks. You maintain contact with the clients, insofar as it concerns the installation and maintenance of machines. You do take care of that! Storingen oplossen, onderhoud en service bieden aan innovatieve machines bij de klant, jij zit overal bovenop. You are responsible for the commissioning and installation of the machines at the customer site
Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de inbedrijfstelling en installatie van de machines, bij onze klanten zowel in de Benelux als in Europa.
You instruct the customers regarding the use of the machines
Traint de klant in de bediening van deze machines
You analyze installations and resolve problems
Je analyseert en lost storingen op
You do the annual validation/inspection for our existing machines at the customer site
Uitvoeren van jaarlijkse validatie, keuring en/of inspectie van de bestaande machines bij de klanten
You maintain and offer service to innovative machines
Je onderhoudt en biedt service aan innovatieve machines
Keep records of customer visits (you are secure in your administration)
Je houdt rapportage bij van klantbezoeken (je bent secuur in je administratie)
You work independently or in a team
Je werkt zelfstandig of in teamverband
Completed MTS/MBO in Mechanical Engineering, electrical engineering or similar
Je hebt een MBO/HBO-diploma richting werktuigbouwkunde, elektrotechniek of vergelijkbaar
You have at least three your work-experience in the mechanical and electronical industry
Je hebt tenminste drie jaar ervaring in de machinebouw en/of buitendienst
You act flexible and loyal;
Je hebt een flexibele en loyale instelling
You have a service-, and customer-oriented attitude and you are enthusiastic and pro-active
Je werkt service- en klantgericht en je bent enthousiast en proactief
Good knowledge of the Dutch and English language, both verbal and in writing
Je beheerst de Nederlandse en Engelse talen
You have knowledge about the mechanical and electronical engineering
Je bent zowel mechanisch als elektronisch goed onderlegd
You can work in a team and independent
Je kan prima in teamverband en zelfstandig werken
You are available for 40 hours a week
Je bent 40 uur per week beschikbaar
You are available in the weekend.
