Acquafarina is one of the newer high-end restaurants in Vancouver's culinary scene. We were recommended by the Michelin Guide two years in a row.
Our team is made up of professionals who are hard-working, team orientated individuals. We are motivated & self-driven to be the best.
We're looking for someone who is polished and has a positive demeanour. Someone that wants to grow with an expanding company. Someone who has worked at least 5yrs as a server in fine dining restaurants. Understands what that entails. The food we offer and service we give, is a part of the journey to our story.
We want someone who believes in communication, teamwork and punctuality. We love the professional and positive attitude that our team has and we want someone who fits in and adds to it. No drama.
We run a small team here that TIP POOLS, so accountability and reliability are necessary. Someone who brings their " A Game" each and every shift. They want to get better and encourage their fellow co-workers to do the same. We need someone who understands true guest hospitality and what it entails. Possesses a strong knowledge of food & beverage service & takes great pride in their work. Someone who holds themselves to a higher standard. Someone with passion and heart! They add to the team! HOURS OF OPERATION:
- Lunch Service: Mondays-Fridays 11:30am-3pm
- Dinner Service: Tuesdays-Saturdays 3pm-10pm
**We are closed all day Sundays & Monday nights

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
**MUST have MINIMUM 3yrs SERVING experience in a FINE DINING restaurant***
- Available evenings & some days (splits may happen due to business needs)
- Part or Full Time (Full Time preferred)
- Part Time: *must be available at least 3 shifts per week (*PLEASE NOTE: during training period (2weeks) we would need full time or close to full time)
- Must be able to work on your feet for extended periods of time & be able to lift up to 25lbs
- Must be eligible to work in Canada
- Must be fluent in English (written and spoken)
*BONUS:
- Wine knowledge and certification (ex. WSET, CMS, CAPS, ISG) would be an asset
- Have working knowledge of classic cocktails and above knowledge of wines
- Squirrel knowledge
- *Possible leadership training for the right individual
