Job description
Our client has been the top choice for Toronto-area property managers to conduct essential building maintenance such as carpet cleaning, garage power washing, odor control, and restoration, as well as emergency services such as floods, mold, and trauma. With over 30 years of success and backing from a prestigious private equity firm, they are accelerating their presence in the GTA.
Due to recent growth from successful acquisitions along with a mandate to grow their B2B sales team across the GTA, they are looking to add a driven Account Manager to their team to prospect and close new business in the Toronto region while growing an existing book of business.
About the Role
- You will be responsible for prospecting and acquiring new business as well as retaining and growing existing business
- You will be analyzing customers needs in order to create customized service solutions and maximize sales
- You will establish, maintain and develop relationships with customers who have been identified as target clients
- You will be focusing on small to large-sized multi-unit residential buildings
About You
- 3+ years of B2B outside sales experience focused on prospecting and maintaining accounts. The perfect candidate will have industry experience in facility services, pest control, telecommunications, or waste removal
- Experience with a consultative sales cycle and sales planning process
- A proven track record in building strong customer relationships
- Prior experience with a CRM system (such as Salesforce.com) is an asset
