Job description

We are looking for a full time administrative assistant for our Calgary office! Do you have good administrative, communication, planning and teamwork skills? Then take the next step and join our team! Administrative Responsibilities: Creates and maintains documents, databases, charts, and a variety of correspondence, composes, signs, and distributes correspondence related to administrative matters. Coordinate and/or initiate all necessary signatures required for agreements and other documents. Coordinate travel arrangements and conference registrations, payments, airline bookings, hotel reservations, car rentals and processes travel expenses. Prepares monthly commercial purchase card (Mastercard) reconciliations for the cardholders in portfolios. Undertakes administrative tasks, such as photocopying, faxing, scanning, filling, maintaining office supplies, checking inventory and ordering office supplies. Write, edit, and proofread documents (correspondence, invoices, presentations, reports, forms, etc.) Answer and forward incoming calls. Receive, sort, and distribute mail. Minimum of 2 years experience in an administrative assistant role. Good verbal and written communications in English, knowledge of French an asset. Very good knowledge of MS Office software. Good skill with the use of technological tools (ex: speed of data entry). Must demonstrate professionalism and team spirit. Spanish language skills, an asset. Demonstrate skills in terms of organization, autonomy, and rigor. Schedule: Monday to Friday Employment contract: Permanent position.
