Monthly Salary Range: MoveUp Group 11 with TMA , MIN $7,366.00- MAX $8,845.00is available through annual general wage/step increases.
Recruitment Range : MIN $7,366– STEP 3 $8,184
Placement in the salary range is determined by an assessment of knowledge, skills, experience and ability of the candidate to meet the key requirements of the job. In exceptional cases, candidates may be hired above the recruitment range, provided agreement is reached with the Union.

What you'll be doing...
As an Application Analyst, your day starts with organizing your schedule to prioritize tasks for supporting our suite of applications. Throughout the day, you'll address issues from a ticketing system, manage and secure SharePoint and M365 services, and ensure that our applications meet business needs. You'll engage with stakeholders to understand their requirements and research the best solutions. Expect to contribute to projects by applying your coding skills and integrating new systems. Collaboration is key, as you'll work with both internal teams and external partners to maintain and enhance our IT environment. Your role is vital in keeping our digital tools effective and secure, directly impacting our operational success.
Having a strong technical background in WordPress and SharePoint Online administration, configuration, and support, with a focus on maintaining stability, security, and optimal performance of these platforms will empower you to provide support in managing WordPress website security, performance, and updates to ensure compatibility and security. Managing user access and permissions for M365 applications, including Azure Active Directory, SharePoint Online, and Microsoft Teams. Developing and maintaining documentation, guidelines, and best practices. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, develop solutions, and implement enhancements.
Some examples of exciting projects that we are currently working on, and that you will be playing a critical role in, include:
- The recent deployment of a critical web application, the Customer Alert System. Designed to keep riders updated and stakeholders informed about service disruptions. In this role, you'll be expected to enhance the system; coding improvements, refining API integrations with third-party services, and working with vendors to implement new features. Your technical expertise in web development, API management, and collaborative project execution will be crucial for the ongoing success of this platform.
- Transition to SharePoint for our Intranet and Extranet sites has modernized access for stakeholders and partners, harnessing the full suite of M365 features. As an Application Analyst, you'll be at the forefront of this platform, executing enhancements to SharePoint Hub sites. Your role demands a comprehensive grasp of SharePoint Online, specifically in areas like site collection creation, configuring lists and libraries, and fortifying security.

What you'll bring to the table...
- Experience working with enterprise HR, Payroll, Finance or other business critical applications
- Experience supporting business critical applications using Cloud technologies such as Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform and Amazon Web Services
- Experience supporting and implementing O365, M365 and Dynamic 365
- Experience with SharePoint administration. Knowledge of SharePoint environment setup and management, SharePoint platform configuration.
- Experience developing and supporting SQL, BI Publisher and Hubble Report.
- Demonstrated experience with API Integration, including connecting software as a service (SaaS) solution with on-premises applications.
- Proficiency in web development languages and frameworks.
- Hand-on experience with coding and scripting for API consumption and Integration, using languages like Python, Java, or Node.js
- Demonstrated experience and discretion in the management of confidential, customer, employee and corporate information and systems which can affect payroll and cash flow
- Experience with supporting and implementing solutions using Power App platforms.
- Experience utilizing a ticketing system to log issues, incidents, and requests
- Experience creating and updating knowledge base articles, end user documentation and technical guidelines
- Experience with Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI, BI Publisher, Crystal Reports, JD Edwards Report Writer, and Hubble
