Job description
We are hiring for both night and day shifts at this time! Night shift pays an additional $1/hour premium.

Your responsibilities
Helping customers in our Online Sportsbook & Casino via live chat, email and phone. A first-line customer service job without the “call centre” mentality.
Your skills
You thrive in situations where your help is needed. You have a customer-centric, friendly, helpful, and empathetic demeanour and are up for the challenge of a fast-paced environment.
Equally important are above average English language skills (written and oral), knowledge of Microsoft Office, solid computer/Internet skills, and comfort with basic math. Previous knowledge of customer ticketing systems is an asset.

Flexible Schedule
A schedule to fit your lifestyle. We are a 24/7 operation, with a dedicated overnight team (positions also available). Some weekend and evening availability is a must; tell us what works for you.
Your workspace
The first six weeks of paid training are on-site with public transportation perks. After that, successful candidates have the option to work on a remote basis, with one to two days a month required in office. As such, all candidates must live in commuting distance of the South Shore.
