Job description
Our Clients are looking for a passionate, career minded and dedicated person to join their team and provide an elevated insurance experience to their Personal Lines clients.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Servicing Personal Lines clients, responding to inbound telephone inquiries & emails from clients and underwriters
- Reviewing and processing new business applications, policy changes, cancellations and claims
- Reviewing renewals for adequacy of coverage, including remarketing, if required
- Invoicing
- Advise clients regarding insurance coverage, company products and services
- Cross-selling and up-selling
- Assisting co-workers in day to day needs of the office
- Documenting, recording all conversations with clients and updating information on Power Broker and company portals
- Understanding company’s insurance policies, policy wordings, portals and products
- Reading and understanding various reports (MVR, Autoplus, HITS, EZ-ITV, etc.), and underwriting questionnaires to determine degree of risk and acceptability of risk.
- Maintain strong relationship with customers, underwriters and co-workers
- Address client inquiries, referrals, calls and emails
- Printing Liability Slips
