As the Maintenance Manager, you will play a vital role in driving maintenance excellence across the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Leading and inspiring a skilled team of maintenance technicians to ensure the smooth operation of our cutting-edge manufacturing facilities.
- Developing and implementing maintenance strategies tailored to our specific production processes, with a focus on minimizing downtime and maximizing equipment reliability.
- Overseeing preventive maintenance programs to extend equipment lifespan and reduce repair costs, while upholding the highest standards of product quality and safety.
- Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to optimize production processes, improve efficiency, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant safety regulations and fostering a culture of safety awareness and accountability.
- Managing departmental budgets, resources, and vendor relationships effectively to achieve operational goals while demonstrating a commitment to cost optimization and efficiency.

- Proven experience in maintenance management within a manufacturing environment, with a solid understanding of best practices and regulatory requirements.
