Mission of Role

The mission for this role is to lead Intrigue's website team to ensure we are delivering world-class results and strategies for our clients when it comes to Website Development, Search Engine Optimization, and Conversion Rate Optimization.

Skills & Requirements

1. Three years of intermediate PHP development skills
2. Five years of HTML & CSS development
3. Intermediate JavaScript development skills (ES6/jQuery)
4. Knowledge of advanced WordPress plugin development
5. Knowledge of WordPress theme development and Advanced Custom Fields
6. Knowledge of working with git as source control
7. Intermediate Search Engine Optimization experience
8. Intermediate Conversion Rate Optimization experience
9. Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)
10. Work hours that overlap with at least 30 hours of the EST timezone (8:30 am to 5:00 pm)
11. UX and design skills

Outcomes to be Successful in This Role

1. By February 2021, be able to provide client strategies and scopes for website development, SEO, and CRO to account managers within 5 days of a case study.
2. Build capacity to ensure we have the right people to do quality work to hit revenue targets for the year by March 2021.
3. Ensure we keep client complaints for the department <= 9 for 2021.
4. Ensure all websites are live in less than 45 days from the content session date.
5. Team Production >= Monthly Goal

This position can be at Head Office or completely remote.
