We are currently recruiting for an Accounting Associate for to join our Property Management group at the Head Office location in Saint John, NB. This position requires meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accounts Payable
  • Management of AP Automation for invoice processing
  • Monitor status of invoices in approval process
  • Cheque and EFT preparation
  • Monthly AP Reconciliations and notes
  • Supplier statement reconciliations and vendor follow up
• Support external auditors.
• Other duties as required.

Required Education and Experience:

• Undergraduate degree or diploma in Business Administration.
• Experienced user in MS Office tools and interested in learning other applications.
• Experience with JD Edwards will be considered an asset.
• A successful candidate would demonstrate a strong work ethic, be highly organized, and able to manage their time based on priorities and deadlines.
• Be able to work independently and take full ownership of activities.
• Operate as a team player who collaborates with others to promote understanding and provide necessary support.
