Job description
The Markham City Football Club is currently seeking U8-U12 Coaches as well as U13 and above Soccer for life coaches.
These coaches would work alongside the club’s Technical Director, and other senior Technical Staff to develop and oversee the implementation of the Club’s LTPD Development Program and maximize the experience for players.
Responsibilities:
Coaching in training sessions as well as in games.
Communicate with Technical Director and Executive Director.
Create and execute seasonal plan for the development of players based on the 4-corner approach.
Ability to design, lead and implement training sessions based on the Age Group Curriculum.
Create and document all sessions plans using provided software.
Attend all Club Meetings and Educational Events: Classroom and Field.
Minimum Hiring Qualifications:
Minimum OSA Learn to Train (preferred ‘C’ License)
Understanding the OSA LTPD and how it affects player development.
Strong interpersonal, communications (written and verbal) skills.
Ability to relate to young players.
Ability to work some days, evenings, and weekends.
