Job Overview:
As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations, including customer service, staff scheduling, training, ordering, and procurement. You will supervise and guide all front-line staff to provide excellent customer service and timely response and ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations including scheduling, production, and sales.
- Hire, train, and supervise staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality customer service.
- Maintain inventory of supplies and ingredients, ensuring orders are placed on time to avoid stockouts.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and increase sales.
- Monitor financial performance and create reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Maintain a clean and organized store, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving complaints and addressing any concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Communicate and cooperate with Driver and Kitchen staff to ensure daily operation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the food industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and organizational abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs
- Knowledge of inventory management and marketing strategies
