Job description

We are looking for a Learning Specialist

As a Learning Specialist , you will actively participate in the development and creation of cultural and educational programs for the Canadian Museum of History, the Canadian War Museum and the Canadian Children’s Museum. This will be done by determining audiences, forging ties with various audiences, proposing cultural and educational activities, contributing to the conception, creation and development of learning activities, and ensuring the promotion to encourage the participation and engagement of audiences.

We are looking for an individual who :

Three (3) to five (5) years of relevant experience in :

Knowledge of :

Education : University degree in education, museology, social sciences or the humanities, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Compensation : E6 - $ 71,173 to $ 88,080 (under review)
Status : One Temporary Full-Time Position until December 31, 2025 (#9412) and an inventory of qualified candidates that may be considered to staff future vacancies for similar positions on a permanent or temporary basis. This inventory will be active for 6 months.
Security Clearance : Enhanced Reliability
Location : 100, Laurier Street, Gatineau, Quebec
