Bookkeeper

Bilingual French/English

Oakville, ON

Full-time Permanent role

Starting at $60,000 per year + bonus

You will join a high growth IT solution company offering exceptional services. In this role you will manage full-cycle in-house accounting functions.

Responsibilities:

• You will enter operating activities into computerized accounting system

• You will process payroll bi-weekly, working with an outside payroll service provider ensuring all payroll calculations are accurate

• You will prepare periodic financial reports

• You will handle the reconciliation of operating bank accounts

• You will oversee invoices and transaction receipts

Requirements:

• 5+ years of full-cycle accounting experience

• You have great knowledge of payroll and payroll tax regulations in Ontario and Quebec

• You are computer literate, with strong MS Word and Excel skills

• You effectively communicate with team members and clients

• You are technologically savvy with ability to navigate easily new digital tools and platforms

• You are detail oriented with a high degree of accuracy

• You are a self-starter who can work independently

• You ideally have a Canadian Payroll designation, PCP

• You are fluently bilingual in both English and French
• You have a clean criminal background
