As the Operations Coordinator , the purpose is to establish and enhance operational systems for their dynamic environment.

Key responsibilities:

🧾 Organizing tasks using ClickUp for efficient project management.

💼 Managing inboxes to ensure streamlined communication.

📑 Developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in Notion/GDocs for clear guidelines.

📊 Creating simple reports using Google Sheets for project tracking

Working Hours ⏰: Full-time, 30–40 hours per week, with a focus on aligning with the Arizona time zone during morning hours

To excel in this role, you need to have:

✅ Minimum of 2 years of experience in an Operations Coordinator or a similar position.

✅ Previous experience in working with systems and creating SOPs.

✅ Proficiency in Google Workspace, showcasing Gmail, Docs, and Sheets skills.

✅ The ability to distill notes into clear, actionable tasks.

As the Ideal Candidate, you should be:

✅ Great communicator.

✅ Someone who appreciates order, finding purpose in everything being in its rightful place.

✅ An organised implementor with a passion for systems and processes. You should excel in summarising information into concise, actionable steps, embodying a minimalist approach of “less, but better.”

Brownie Points for:

✅ Familiarity with ClickUp and Notion.

✅ Experience with WordPress.

✅ A keen eye for design.
