Job description
Reporting to the Manager of Real Estate, the Maintenance Student will be responsible for the property maintenance, cleanliness and general custodial duties to the County of Renfrew properties. The Maintenance Student will assist with grass cutting, landscaping duties, garbage handling, painting, pick-ups and deliveries, and other general custodial and maintenance duties.
We are currently hiring a student to work in Pembroke with occasional work in Renfrew.
Qualifications:
· Enrolment in University or College program.
· Excellent communication skills.
· Must provide CSA approved safety boots/footwear.
· Valid driver license is required.
· Must obtain and maintain a satisfactory Criminal Record Check.
Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract, Seasonal
Contract length: 4 months
