Job description

The Executive Director is responsible for the successful leadership, overall management, and operations of the organization according to the strategic direction,and policies set by the Board of Directors. The Executive Director is responsible for policy implementation and effective management of The Nlaye Ndasadaye Childcare Society and all its programs.

The Executive Director is responsible for the overall planning, development, and implementation of age-appropriate programs to enhance the cognitive, physical, social,and emotional develop according to Organization’s program statement and philosophyand the Child Care Act. The Executive Director represents the organization to the greater community to further partnerships, advocacy objectives, programing initiative and community partnership goals.

Qualifications and Requirements:

- Level 1,2,3 designation

- RCMP check

- Doctor's note (fit to work with children)

- TB test

- Copy of Immunizations Record

- Current first aid/CPR
