- Manage and supervise all on-site construction activities, including subcontractor coordination, scheduling, and quality control.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, building codes, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Collaborate with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors, to ensure project success.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and progress reports.
- Proactively identify and address project risks, issues, and conflicts.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to on-site construction teams.
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality assurance checks.

The Successful Applicant
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an ICI Superintendent in commercial retail construction.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to travel across provinces as required.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
