- Leading and managing the on-site construction team
- Coordinating and overseeing all work on-site
- Ensuring that quality standards are met
- Attending meetings with the client, vendors, and external partners
- Monitoring and ensuring compliance with on-site safety, cleanliness, and orderliness
- Overseeing assistant site superintendent in issues of daily field reports
- Conducting inspections as required per local jurisdictional specifications
- Ensuring daily work reports as well as work plans are up to date
- Updating the project schedule, managing priorities, and meeting milestones
- Ensuring deficiencies are managed and correct up to company standards
- Travelling to construction sites across Ontario, as required.

The Successful Applicant
- 5+ years of experience as an ICI Superintendent.
- Proven track record of successfully completing construction projects on time and within budget.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Thorough understanding of construction processes, codes, and regulations.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
- Proficient in project management software.
