Our client, a global supplier of eyeglass lenses, is actively seeking a bilingual French/English logistics clerk for a temporary position with the possibility of permanence in Anjou.

Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for managing the shipping, receiving, verification, and inventory processes of the department's instruments and parts. Here are some of your key challenges:
- Shipping orders to customers.
- Receiving equipment for internal repairs and routing instruments to other instrument departments in Canada for repair.
- Conducting regular inventory checks of instruments and parts.
- Coordinating the return of items requiring repair or warranty to Essilor Paris or various suppliers.
- Working closely with the customer service team to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma and one year of experience in warehouse coordination and customer service.
- Forklift certification (an asset).
- Knowledge of inventory management.
- VERY ATTENTIVE TO DETAIL.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to lift and move loads weighing 10 to 15 pounds.
