14342925 Canada Inc. DBA Skytech Inc. is looking forward to expanding our ever-growing team of User Support Technician to manage our business. 14342925 Canada Inc. DBA Skytech Inc. currently wants to hire 1 User Support Technician. This will be a Permanent, full-time position with 35-40 hours per week.
A User Support Technician will be performing the following job duties:
- Communicate electronically and in person with computer users experiencing difficulties to determine and document problems experienced
- Consult user guides, technical manuals and other documents to research and implement solutions
- Provide advice and training to users in response to identified difficulties
- Collect, organize and maintain a problems and solutions log for use by other technical support analysts
- Provide technical support in configuration of debit machines
- Provide business systems, network and Internet support to users in response to identified difficulties
- Provide customer service
Employment Requirement:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience is required
- English as a language skill is required
What we offer:
- $30.25 hourly/ 35-40 hours per week
- 4% vacation will be paid
