Job description

Do you have extensive experience in both Contract and Contractor management? Are you looking to gain experience with in utility systems? Do you have strong experience in data gathering, analysis and reporting? If so, this would be a great opportunity for you!

Our utility client is looking for a Contract Performance Manager for a 12 month contract in Burnaby.
This is Hybrid role, up to 2 days required at Edmonds per week.
Pay rate: $65.00 - $75.70 / Hour
Working Hours: 7.50 per Day

Responsibilities
As a Contract Performance Manager, your duties will be:
•Identifying necessary stakeholder data inputs, for compiling, analyzing, and building reports required for comprehensive contract & service performance & KPIs
•Creating detailed visual reports to illustrate contract and service performance
•Leading collaboration with cross functional teams to identifying business improvements, create, recommend and influence the adoption of related business proposals
•Facilitating the scheduling, completion, and documentation of Contract required training

•Translating business insights into strategic, actionable options by obtaining and organizing key business information, enabling informed decision-making.
•Maintaining meaningful business relationships by prioritizing strategic considerations in a complex environment with diverse groups of stakeholders so that projects are implemented as planned.
•Planning and organizing business initiatives by using expert knowledge in business drivers, risk tolerance, and trade-off processes, to enable successful integration and adoption in Company’s complex and regulated environment.

Qualifications
•A minimum eleven (11) years of directly related work experience or equivalent.
•Extensive experience in both Contract and Contractor management
•Experience developing contract management processes with a complex group of Stakeholders
•Strong experience in data gathering, analysis and reporting
•Demonstrated success leading Change Management
•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related discipline
•Advanced English skills for professional environment, written and spoken
•Strong working knowledge in SAP
•Has advanced skills in conflict resolution and facilitating issue resolution related to but not limited to:
oStakeholder Relationship Management
oSystem Access
oService Orders
oInvoicing
oSafety and Service Performance
•Independent starter who is highly motivated and resilient
•Be Curious and empathetic but goal focused and results orientated
•Strong process development capabilities/experience
•Extensive experience in strategic Contract and Contractor Management
•Strong document preparation for category, planning, and strategic initiatives.
•Extensive analytical skills and ability to represent data in Tableau , Excel, Power BI

Nice to haves:
•Experience in the development and implementation of Contract Management Plans
•Experience with Aviation, Transmission or Distribution Electrical Engineering, and Vegetation Industry
•SIGMA Certification
