Saint-Hubert, Quebec.Position Overview:As a Retail Associate, you will be an essential part of our customer service team, serving both contractors and homeowners with their roofing and construction material needs. You will play a key role in ensuring our customers receive top-notch service, product knowledge, and assistance in finding the right solutions for their projects. In addition, you will contact previous customers to build lasting relationships.

What you will be doing:- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide product information and guidance to customers
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales and customer service goals
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends
- Provide world-class support, establish strong long-term relationships with current customers, and contribute to acquiring new customers
What you will need:- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Bilingual (French and English)
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new information
- A positive and customer-focused attitude
