Job description

MatchBox Consulting Group is seeking an Intermediate Architectural Technologist on behalf of our client- an innovative Architectural firm known for its sustainable and visually appealing designs. They collaborate with their clients to create functional and environmentally responsible spaces across various sectors, including commercial, multi-family residential, institutional, and mixed-use projects. With a focus on user experience and a commitment to excellence, our client delivers exceptional designs that enhance productivity, well-being, and the overall quality of life.

This individual will be responsible for managing project schedules, budgets, and contract documents for architectural and interior design. They also conduct on-site verifications, coordinate energy performance compliance, and support the contract administration phase, while contributing to quality assurance processes and technical standards development.
