We are looking for superstar Bilingual Customer Service Representatives to work for a great Canadian company! This is a fully remote role, but you need to be located in Ontario. This is a temporary to permanent role -- there will be opportunities to be brought on permanently based on performance.

This is a great opportunity for someone who has gotten a fair bit of call center and customer service experience under their belt, and is looking to make a career shift! You'll really enjoy everything this place has to offer!

Responsibilities
-Receive calls and emails from clients and assist them with various inquiries

-Troubleshoot/diagnose and problem solve potential issues remotely
-Provide direction and information to clients to resolve the issue
-Document any issues for future review purposes
-Schedule technicians for onsite support
-Complete work orders
-Adhere to company policies and procedures to meet customer satisfaction standards

Qualifications
-Fully bilingual (english/french)
-2-5 years of call centre experience
-Quiet at home work environment
-Self starter, takes initiative
-Professional demeanor
-Good interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
-Capable of following step by step processes
-Must be a team player
