Job Summary:

Reporting to the Chief of Corporate Services and Finance, the Director, Finance is a consultative leader who works in partnership with management and the senior leadership team to ensure the organization is well positioned to maintain its place as a leading cancer agency in Canada.

The Director of Finance will work closely with the Chief of Corporate Services and Finance and is responsible for providing leadership, direction and monitoring of CCMB’s financial health and regulatory compliance. The Director also works collaboratively with all other health services organizations across Manitoba.

The Director, Finance is responsible for the overall control and management of all accounting and finance functions, including procurement and asset control. The Director supports the Executive, and other members of the senior leadership team in strategic and tactical matters as they relate to budget management, program and workload analysis, forecasting needs and the securing of new funding
