The Senior Manager, Salaried Talent Acquisition will deliver integrated and innovative talent solutions to attract and recruit a diverse set of qualified talent. You will lead a team of Talent Acquisition Specialists and will engage with teams across the organization to collaborate on new roles and activities that promote our company brand and values.
If you were to come on board as a Senior Manager, Salaried Talent Acquisition , we’d ask you to do the following for us:
- Provide tactical leadership and direction to a dedicated team of Senior Talent Acquisition Specialists, Immigration Specialist and Talent Acquisition Coordinator
- Coach and mentor members of the team in order for them to develop and grow within the organization
- Develop, lead and execute recruitment branding strategies focused on increasing Organization presence in key talent markets
- Proven track record of successfully leading Executive level searches in a large, matrix Organization environment
- Lead Salaried and Corporate Talent Acquisition, Immigration and People & Culture projects
- Oversee the execution of the Temporary Foreign Worker program. Measure and present findings on the ROI and long-term objectives of the program.
- Actively lead the recruitment and selection processes for executive level positions. Work to minimize agency costs year over year.
- Coach and Partner with the People & Culture Business Partners and Hiring Managers to understand the business dynamics and headcount needs of each assigned client group to develop recruitment plans and deliver quality talent by required deadlines
- Follow up with new Associates and Hiring Managers after position has been filled to ensure quality and satisfaction
- Identify future candidates, engage and maintain contact for future talent needs for key critical positions of the assigned business client
- Develop and execute People & Culture strategies in order to elevate the Talent Acquisition experience for stakeholders and business leaders
- Develop a “red-carpet” approach to the candidate and hiring manager experience with the People & Culture Business partners at the table.
- Create process improvements to candidate offerings and presentation.
- Identify and review market trends; analyze and apply this information to develop strategies for business sectors. Develop a scorecard to TA metrics.
- Monitor business climate, trends in technology and development, and market activity
- Lead trials concerning new business initiatives, pilot programs; based on results, makes, recommends, and implements adjustments and modifications.

- Minimum of 6 years’ proven recruitment experience
- Driven to achieve results in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
- High-volume recruitment experience, agency experience is an asset
- Exceptional communication skills, time management and attention to detail
- Ability to influence and execute
- Solid Microsoft Office skills: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and reporting
- Previous experience with an Applicant Tracking System and HRIS
