Position: Customer Service Order Coordinator
Location: Lachine
Salary: Up to $60,000

Responsibilities:

- Engage with inbound calls and emails using a positive and upbeat approach
- Provide client support on product inquiries and information
- Maintain accurate records of customer communications
- Promptly and effectively resolve customer issues
- Collaborate with the team to achieve departmental goals
- Work closely   with the inventory team

Requirements:

- At least 4 years of experience in B2B within a fast-paced setting
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong attention to detail, resourcefulness, and excellent interpersonal skills for client interactions
