Business Information: ELTO Developments LTD focuses on retail bakery and sales. We scratch bake fresh breads and treats daily and merchandise and sell these items to the local community. We are located inside of a shopping mall.

Job Description:
-Bring clean dishes, flatware and other items to serving areas and set tables.
-Serve food in a bakery to diners from a counter or, if seated, taking their orders.
-Communicate food and drink orders to the kitchen staff.
-Maintain cleanliness standards by keeping the counters, tableware, and utensils clean.
-Keep records of the quantities of food used
-Package take-out food
-Portion and wrap foods
-Serve customers at counters or buffet tables
-Take customers’ orders
-Maintain and stock merchandising racks
-Engage with customers and sign up to rewards program
-Ensure sales building tactics are used
-Remove kitchen garbage and trash
-Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors
-Handle and store products
-Manage difficult situations with customers
Requirements:
Education: Some secondary school education is required.
Experience: Experience is an asset. On the job training is provided.
Working Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment. Work under pressure. Repetitive tasks.Handling heavy loads .Manual dexterity .Attention to detail. Combination of sitting, standing, walking. Standing for extended periods .Bending, crouching, kneeling

Salary: $16.75 hourly, 40 hours per week

Important Information:
Workers will be required between 8am-19:30pm from Monday to Sunday. Work weekends and stat holidays is required. Workers will be given two consecutive days off in a row but at times may have split days off.
