Position: Quality Control Technician – Biopharmaceutical
Location: Saint-Laurent
Salary: Up to $60K, depending on experience

Our client offers:

Our client is looking for you:

- Fluently bilingual as written documentation is provided from outside Quebec
- Minimum requirement of a DEC in the relevant scientific field
- 2 years of laboratory experience, with a minimum of 1 year in Quality Control functions
- Proficient pipetting skills
- Familiarity with various software applications, including MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook, statistical software, and graphical software
- ELISA (asset)

Your role:

- Manage raw materials essential for QC procedures
- Prepare required reagents and labels, and conducts sample analyses following SOPs for diagnostic and research enzyme production
- Validate analytical reports, ensuring timely documentation in adherence to the company's documentation practices
- Conduct stability studies, performs various tests (HPLC, protein, enzymatic activity assays, ELISA), and contributes to the assembly of ELISA kits
- Participate in the maintenance and calibration of pipettes and lab equipment, reviews documentation, and drafts quality control-related documents
- Facilitate purchasing and receiving of QC chemicals, oversee raw material releases, and ensures readiness for inspections and safety audits
- Contribute to monthly report drafting, aids in deviation investigations, and supports continuous improvement of analytical methods
