The Manager, Recruitment Services is the lead resource for all recruitment efforts and strategies related to Operations hiring for the Pharmacies across Canada.
Here's where you'll be focusing:
Recruitment
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle (posting to selection) as a partner to the business
- Allocation of all requisitions and requests, team follow up, reporting and performance metrics
- Identify needs to request enhanced recruitment Marketing requests and monitor their success
- Assume ownership of the total candidate experience, ensuring all company touch points provide a positive experience for candidates
- Support key hiring events throughout the year to support the company's recruitment process and support operations workforce plan
- Ownership for recruitment projects, initiatives, and programs, while seeking opportunities to improve effectiveness and service levels to clients
Relationship Management
- Manage relationships with all key stakeholders: HR Directors, Pharmacy Operations, Hiring Managers
- Build strong relationships with all stakeholders to establish trust and credibility in the delivery of a value-added service
- Liaison between operations, HRBPS and the recruitment team
- Develop Hiring Managers knowledge through the interview process inclusive of offering coaching on interview/selection techniques and conducting interviews
Team Leadership
- Team leadership through coaching, mentoring and development of team members
- Lead, manage and develop team members, including goal setting and performance management
- Contribute to the creation of a coaching and development culture
Best Practices and Process Optimization
- Identify and bring forth new methods/options for sourcing strategies for hard to fill roles, including the business case and projected ROI (if needed)
- Implementation of best recruitment practices in consultation with subject matter (TA) experts
- Act as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) Super User inclusive of user training and ensuring general compliance
- Ensure ATS system enhancement requirements
- Maintain accurate recruitment records in ATS database and keep all stakeholders informed
- Work in collaboration with the CoE to harmonize processes and share specific challenges
Other
- Responsible for supporting the DE&I strategies within recruitment programs
- Identify and remove barriers in the hiring process across all stakeholder groups (Human Resources, Business, Candidates) and mitigate bias in selection of candidates
What you have to offer:
- Undergraduate degree and a minimum of 5 - 8 years of relevant experience in HR and Recruitment
- Experience with ownership of the full recruiting lifecycle inclusive of direct relationships with hiring Managers and Candidates
- Excellent communication skills, presentation skills, and networking abilities
- Able to create and manage relationships, both internal and external
- Able to manage multiple priorities and be self-motivated
- Able to participate in project-based work
- Ability to communicate, influence and work in a collaborative manner within in a matrix organization while building out best practices
- Advanced user skills with an Applicant Tracking system, an HRMS system and Microsoft office applications (Excel, Word, Teams and Outlook)
- Experience in the development and delivery of processes, tools and programs
- Experience delivering multi-channel talent pipelines while leveraging social networking and other emerging methods
- Experience in pharmacy recruitment an asset
