Job description

Responsibilities :

• Supervise and manage the site personnel and subcontractors
• Manage projects (budgets, procedures, quality system, schedule, etc.)
• Lead site meetings
• Track and complete projects
• Estimate project costs
• Analyze the compliance of subcontractor bids
• Follow up on calls for bids

Desired skills

• Proficient in MS Office
• Good communicator, self-reliant and organized
• Bilingual (an asset)

Requirements

Level of education : DEC

Years of experience : 3-5 years

Written French : Fluent

Spoken French : Fluent

Written English : Intermediate

Spoken English : Intermediate
