Job description

The Great Lakes Eye Centre, a bustling Ophthalmology clinic, is currently seeking an Assistant Manager to join our dynamic team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, pay meticulous attention to detail, and are a natural leader, we want to hear from you!

Main Responsibilities:

• Support the Office Manager in daily administrative and leadership tasks
• Lead and manage staff, fostering a positive working environment
• Assist in implementing changes in processes to improve efficiency and patient experience
• Carry out leadership duties within our partner clinic, Great Lakes Cosmetics
• Embrace and manage change effectively, leading by example

Requirements:

• Proven leadership skills and experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Adaptability and resilience to change
• Experience working in a healthcare environment
• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing Degree, or a related field preferred

Salary Range

$45000-$55000 annually, to be determined based on experience
