About the Opportunity
- Supervise a team of 10 administrators
- Review of invoices and cheques and cheque support
- Process accounts payable from receipt to final approval
- Weekly cash meetings
- Budgeting and job costing reporting
- Payroll support and journal entries
- Perform special projects as assigned
- Correspond with trade partners, suppliers and banks as necessary
About You - Several years experience supervising accounts payable staff with preference to experience in real estate and homebuilding
- Ability to work independently and supervise a team
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, SUMIFS)
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in Sage Timberline an asset
- Must have a Canadian University degree
Salary Range $73,000 - $75,000/year
