Duties:
- Assist workers like carpenter, roofers, glaziers, bricklayers, cement finishers etc.
- Erect and take down concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring and barriers as needed.
- Sand walls
- Mix, pour and spread materials.
- Load and unload building supplies and move supplies to work areas.
- Help heavy equipment operators in construction activities.
- Assist in demolishing building, remove rubble and other debris at construction sites using rakes, shovels, wheelbarrows and other equipment.
- Responsibilities also include clean up, operate various equipment, and perform other activities at the construction site, as directed.
- Follow safety regulations and direct traffic at working sites.
